planning and conducting breed specialties.
For many years, we have enjoyed helping both national and local clubs produce
successful events with total entries from 45 - 1100.
We can provide all or part of the following, depending on your club's individual needs
Pre-Show Planning- Assist with your show applications, site layouts, seminar planning.
Create complete Premium Lists, or Specialty Planner/Premium Lists, customized with your theme or graphics.
Provide PDF copy of your Premium List and downloadable entry form on our web site.
Show Production-
Accept and process show entries via -
- U.S. mail,
- On-line entry (click on 'on-line entry'), or
- Fax - download entry form from our web site,
- Entry payment accepted by US check, Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card, or PayPal
Create Judging Programs and entry acknowledgements
Create entire Show Catalogs including advertising design and layout. No additional charge for ad production, scanning/re-sizing photos, sending proofs to advertisers
Order Ribbons and Rosettes
Day of Show Service-
Provide on-site recording and class change compliances before and during shows as appropriate
Provide customized armbands
Provide customized sweepstakes envelopes and manage monetary awards
Provide judges & stewards books
Provide country flags & anthems, microphone & sound/music system.
Post Show-
Handle show reports & 'per dog' fee payments
Provide marked catalogs required by clubs and sanctioning/licensing bodies
Post downloadable results to this web site and club's site for no additional charge
Other services available for you to choose from-
- Customized preparation and production a club specialty show planning manual, newsletter, flyers, signs, advertising for club publications - Attendance at one of your club's planning sessions, if possible.
- Hiring of stewards or other secondary help for the days of your Specialty
- Management of puppy matches
- Planning and/or decoration of your dinners, health clinics, awards banquets, seminars, or other specialty events (E.g. dinner tickets, table cards, signs, etc.)
*We do NOT provide ring fencing, floor mats or obedience equipment. If your club does not have your own, these items can be rented locally.
